If within 30 days since your purchase, your product is defective, don't worry. Just send us an email and we will make it right by offering you a replacement or refund.

Due to the high season and large number of orders, customers who place orders from December 1 onwards may not receive their goods on time for Christmas and New Year. Please consider carefully if you want to receive your goods on time for the holidays.

Keep in mind that we order on demand. Therefore we take about 3-5 business days to process and pack our products (6-10 business days for shoes, quilt, blanket, floor mat) then you should add shipping times on top of that. Please allow extra time for your order to be processed during holidays and sale seasons.
