- Tracking information may take 24 to 48 hours to reflect updates.
- The ongoing pandemic may result in potential delays in order processing and shipping.

4. Modify or Cancel Orders:
- Following order placement, you have a 12-hour window to reach out and request modifications or cancellations without charge.
- Orders are processed for production after the initial 12-24 hours. In case of a cancellation request, a 30% cancellation fee will be applied to the total invoice.
- Additionally, refunds are not available for cancellations made within 24 hours of order placement.
